Core Strategies

Critical Behaviors

1. Address visitation and placement with parents early and in concrete terms.

2. Send CAPTA letters in a time-sensitive manner.

3. Invite service providers and community supports to Family Team Decision Making meeting so as to gather an appropriate team together sooner to trouble shoot important issues and support the family.

4. Set 1st set fact finding hearing 37 days from filing of dependency petition.
